My Story
Shakeology is a life-changer. It really is. I wish I had discovered it years ago - I'm certain that I would not have gotten cancer at age 42 if I'd made it a daily part of my routine. I exercised 5 days a week. I was very consistent. I ate pretty well. But I could have eaten better. Sugar was always my nemesis. I struggled to not eat too much and from all that I've learned about cancer in the last 18 months (and it's a lot as I am a serious researcher!!) is that sugar and cancer can become very good friends.
