Struggling to drink enough water every day? Water simply too boring? Infusing your water with different fruits, herbs or flavorings can really boost the flavor and increase your intake. My favorite is cucumber, mint, fresh ginger and lemon slices. Or try mint and watermelon. Or an all citrus blend of lemon, lime and orange slices.
My method is to fill a 64 oz pitcher 1/3 of the way with water, then add fruit, a few springs of mint and any other flavorings then throw that baby in the refrigerator overnight so the flavors have a chance to meld. The next day - drink up!
